We needed our roof repaired after storms came through and shingles were knocked off. After meeting with some other companies that gave us little to no information besides minimum repair costs or just some who just didn’t sit well with us, we asked our local residents group on FB. A few people referred us to Frank, who responded and came out right away and not only gave us a fair price but was thorough in outlining what his repairs actually would entail. He repaired our shingle and went around and repaired where he saw issues literally “popping” up. He advised us on what went wrong and in turn, we are now more knowledgeable and can plan accordingly for the future of our roof. Frank and his crew installed new gutters, downspouts, leaf guards, and underground drainage, and corrected a roof flashing issue at my mother's house. My parents purchased this home in 1971, and this is the first time with torrential rains water has not seeped into the basement. The basement is now dry (damp feeling is nonexistent) and the musty water smell is gone. Several other contractors who have visited the house for other upgrades and work to be completed have stated how well the work Frank and his crew was done, and they also noticed the improvement in the basement moisture. The work was timely, the crew was professional, and the cost was affordable. What surprised us the most through this project, was the level of care and integrity Frank has for the work he and his crew do. To make sure the new gutter system was working to his standards, Frank visited the house days later after the project was complete DURING a significant thunderstorm and downpour to monitor the drainage of the gutters and underground lines. Frank was not content with one area we never would have noticed and corrected the concern at no additional cost. He called again during another rainfall a few days later to verify the basement was still dry and the drainage system was working to his standards. The roof of my mom's house is steep with not many lines/areas for gutters. Frank assessed the issues and problem solved of the amount of water needed to be drained from the roof and properly directed away from the house. In addition to all of this, Frank made sure the aesthetics of the gutters and downspouts complimented the house's lines. Highly recommend Frank! He cares about the quality of his work and delivering a proper completed project. We did receive other estimates and none of the other contractors came back with a plan as detailed as Frank's to resolve the issues. See more See less
